Vitamin E is an ultra-nourishing ingredient that can promote wound healing and has been shown to help calm down skin concerns such as eczema and psoriasis. In skin care products it will be listed under the name Tocopherol. Because it is so highly moisturizing it can be found in anti-aging products that combat dry and lifeless looking skin. It is also believed to repair skin concerns such as scars and sun damage.
